Character Applications Once you have read the rules, you are then ready to make a character! All character applications are to be posted here by clicking "new thread." The applications will then be reviewed by a staff member. If the staff member believes that it fits the requirements they will then accept it and move it to the correct board, only then will you be able to use this character for threading purposes.

The Hub This is where all the 16 year old children and their families gather to witness the factions they will choose. The 16 year old's must cut their hand and drip their blood into one of the five metal bowls: Hot coal for Dauntless, water for Erudite, Grey Stone for Abnegation, Earth for Amity and glass for Candor. |

Abnegation This is the faction that values selflessness in the service of others and complete community service. This faction is composed of the leaders for the government as the faction is incorruptible because of their selfless nature. Abnegation members must wear grey and loose fitting clothes so they don't attract attention.They rarely get to look at their reflection and the only accessory they can wear is a plain watch. |

Amity This the faction that values peace and kindness. The members of the faction dress in yellow and red as these are bright and bubbly colors. The children love to sing, dance and play hand games with each other. The members have a laid back attitude and are viewed as artists. This faction lives just outside the fence and their job is to harness food and farm. |

Candor This is the faction that values honesty, "Truth makes us transparent. Truth makes us strong. Truth makes us inextricable." They are seen wearing black and white suites as they see the truth as black and white. The candor provide the people with trustworthy and sound leaders in law. You will most likely see the children arguing or having a debate and usually they say the first thing that comes to mind. They believe that charm is unnecessary and politeness is deception in pretty packaging. So most people have to be careful around a candor. |

Dauntless Dauntless is the faction for those who are brave and fearless. They believe in ordinary acts of bravery and despise cowards. They strive to defeat all their fears and become indestructible. The dauntless jobs are to guard the fence and act as soldiers and police. The dauntless color is black and dark makeup, tattoos and piercing are recommended for the members. |

Erudite This is the faction of knowledge and intelligence. It is dictated that each faction member must be wearing at least a single item of clothing that is blue as they believe it cause the body to release calming chemicals, "A calm mind is a clear mind." This faction is big on speeches and that Eloquence is for them. |

Factionless streets This is the group that is not part of social classes and factions. These are the people who failed to complete their initiation and now live in poverty, doing the work no one else wants to do. They are the janitors, construction workers and garbage collectors, make fabric, operate trains and drive buses. In return for their work they get food and clothing. They live in places in collapsed roads, empty subways full of trash and sewage. They wear mix clothing from other factions. |

City Center is your character out of school, but you still want them to interact with characters from another faction? Well here is the place to thread. The city center is the place where people from all over the pace come and meet. But just be ware, the reason to why your character would be here in he first place must be realistic. For example if your character was from Amity they would have little to no reason to wander inside this city- but maybe they are dropping something off? or picking something up? Just make the reasons realistic. |
